This is a pattern for making a knit party dress for a toddler. This is my original design that will allow you to make a one of a kind sophiscated dress. It has a scallopped hemline that changes to a panel design that goes to the underarms. The top is done in ribbing with a boat neckline. This dress will be comfortable and easy to wear. The instructions are in a size 1-2 with size 3-4 in parentheses. It is easily adjusted for length.
